Flite Fitness is headed by Ashley McLachlan, who has over a decade's experience as an athlete and personal trainer for individual clients, a leading US sports college and a rugby league team.
In his own words: "I have been passionate about fitness since I started playing rugby league at the age of five. I went on to play for junior clubs and conducted coaching clinics for the Australian Rugby League.
